CHiEM HoiAn - The Beachside Boutique Hotel & Villa

This is a fabulous new hotel which opened in June 2023. That is why it does not have many reviews yet as it is brand new! It is fantastic and so well run, the staff are wonderful and so professional. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are fantastic. They are very spacious and everything is new and well designed. The air conditioning is brilliant in the room. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The room had great shower with lovely shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The hair dryer was excellent and very strong. The bed is very comfortable with spotless white bedsheets. Every single one of the staff are truly fantastic and made our stay wonderful and memorable. They knew each of us by name and looked after us so well. Everyone was so friendly and we felt at home. Phuc, Viet and Nee were so good to us, as were every single other member of staff. Thank you all. Eveyone always had a warm hello for us and were so helpful. The pool is brilliant and very clean. We got complimentary airport transfers from Da Nang Airport which was excellent. The breakfast is a la carte and you can pick what you would like the evening before for the following morning. It was so tasty and lovely to have such a variety to choose from. The hotel is located in a fantastic area in An Bang and it is only a 30 second walk from the beach. Very easy to get taxis into Hoi An old town in the evening time. We enjoyed having our pool and beach during the day and going into the old town in the evening for dinner. I would highly highly recommended this hotel. We were a couple and it was wonderful. There were also young families there who were loving it also. We loved our stay and would 100% stay here again if we ever visit the area again. We have recommended it to all of our friends and family.

The location is lovely, deep inside a beautiful small alley way like a hidden gem. The hotel is 1 minute walk away from the An Bang beach which is lovely because you can hear the waves hit the beauty white sand from the hotel balcony. Even though the hotel is brand new the staff is professional and always at the ready to offer help. Since this is brand new hotel, the facility feature a classic Indochine style architecture with every hand pick materials thats beautiful to the touch. From the wooden hand rails of the elevator to the soft like cloud bedding. Everything just tune up the feels to eleven. I would love to comeback to the beautiful city of Hoi An again and I definitely pick this hotel to spend my vacation here again

Compact boutique hotel. Restful, quiet and clean. Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel from a wide variety of choices, promptly served to table. Very comfortable room with a good bed. But what made this exceptional was the friendliness of the staff. Their constant and genuine warmth made our stay an absolute delight.

Believe the hype - hotel CHiEM was a fabulous experience. The hotel is a small boutique accommodation, situated on a quiet lane that runs between the main street of An Bang and the beach which was an ideal location to enjoy both - and better IMHO than the big resorts further up the coast that are too far away to walk around the (plentiful) restaurants, cafes, spas and shops of An Bang itself. We were happy to stay here and not in the old town of Hoi An, which whilst beautiful was crowded and noisy and it was a relief to get back to the sanctity of An Bang - but it was easy to jump in a Grab and visit anytime as it was only 10 minutes away. Because the hotel is small, the place never felt crowded and the wonderful staff got to know our family by name. All of the staff without exception, from the front staff to the cleaners to the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful, always offering a smile and happy to accommodate any request. The hotel pool is small, but again never felt crowded and was inviting after a long hot day sightseeing. We stayed 6 nights in a spacious family room (effectively 2 interconnecting rooms), which happily provided separate rooms, and (importantly in Vietnam) bathrooms! The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and cleaned daily. Our room had a balcony that looked out over the back of the hotel and was quiet and private. Breakfast was always plentiful, freshly made and tasty - ordered online the evening before, and a great way to start the day. The hotel also has free bikes for use, and I highly recommend a cycle through the nearby paddy fields. Overall, we would highly recommend hotel CHiEM and would happily stay here again if were back in Hoi An.

Chiem Hoi An was the hotel we liked most on our trip to Vietnam. Situated in a quiet side street the beach, restaurants and spas are just a few steps away. The old town we reached quickly with a Grab. Nearby rice fields we visited with the bikes offered complimentary by the hotel. The hotel has a modern, clean design and lush plants around the pool, the terraces and balconies. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was of very good quality and more than sufficient. Looking back we were more than happy to have chosen Chiem, the beach and the quiet village over staying in the old town of Hoi An.
